U.S. Passport Renewals
 

In order to renew your U.S. passport you will need to bring in the following:

Passport Application


DS-82
If you still have possession your valid U.S. passport or your recently expired U.S. passport (issued within the last 15 years), then you may use form DS-82. When submitting the DS-82 abroad, you must make a personal appearance at the Embassy. You cannot mail the form in outside the U.S.

The fee for the passport renewal with the DS-82 is USD$110 or BZD$220 for adults. Minors cannot use the DS-82.

DS-11
If you are a minor, applying for an adult U.S. passport for the first time or your passport has been lost, damaged or stolen, you will need to use form DS-11. Do not sign the form until you are sworn in by a Consular Officer.

The fee for the DS-11 is USD$135 or BZD$270 for adults 16 and over. The fee for minors USD$105 or BZD$210.

Passport Applicants must bring 1 (one) passport photo. Passport photos should be 2"x2", color, and taken with a clear solid background. The photo should be of the applicant's head with a clear frontal view of the applicant's face. No headcovering is allowed, except head coverings required by religious beliefs.

Passport Fee

The fee for a U.S. passport varies based on the form that is required (see above). All fees must be paid at the Embassy at the time of the appointment. Fees are accepted in cash only. No checks or credit cards will be accepted.

All passport fees are non-refundable. If the passport application is denied, no refund will be given.
