U.S. Embassy 8th Annual "Made in the USA" Exhibition (August 14 - 15, 2009)

The Embassy hosted this year's "Made in the USA" Exhibition August 14 and 15 at the Radisson Fort George Hotel and Marina in Belize City.

It was an opportunity to bring together American businesses and Belizean and American entrepreneurs to promote private enterprise and commercial exchange.  This two-day event featured a variety of American products, services, and investments in Belize.  It also provided a forum for making contacts and establishing potential business partnerships. 

This year, 21 exhibitors (in addition to the Embassy's Commercial Section) participated in this year's event.  It is estimated that there were over 1,000 guests during the two-day exhibition, which also received widespread media coverage.
