Specifically, these training programs aim to assist inmates in developing and maintaining a positive attitude, and to become productive citizens once released.
The books included: work books on drug and alcohol education, study guides on relapse education, and other texts on topics such as anger management and making decisions. Videotapes were also included in the training materials. The total cost of the books is estimated at BZ$ 14,000.
